THE ACTIVATION LAYER FOR HUMAN SERVICES · 2026

Tap. Match. Done.
A real person, the moment you need one.

Tadam is the real-time human-services platform, a live network that mobilizes vetted local Tadamers for the work life now demands: a tutor for tonight, a sitter in 20 minutes, someone to walk the dog, run the car test, fold the laundry. AI runs the match. A real human shows up.

The problem

The help you need is 200m away.
You just can't see it.

Capable people are everywhere. A way to reach them in the moment isn't.

Demand exists. Supply exists. They have no platform to meet on. A parent needs a sitter at 7pm; a student is free at 7pm, but today they have nowhere to find each other in real time. Help lives in scattered WhatsApp groups, neighbour forums, and old phone numbers, never in one place, never in the moment.
Tadam is the platform that connects your network, into a live, vetted supply of Tadamers.

Act 1 · The moment

It's 7:00 PM on a Tuesday.

Two people, one neighbourhood. Both have a problem the other could solve. Neither has a way to find the other.

Act 2 · What happens today

Two parallel dead ends.

This isn't an edge case. It's the median Tuesday.

Vision · 2030

By 2030, Tadam is the default verb for local help.

"I'll Tadam it." Across 40 cities, 12 categories, one platform, the live network that mobilizes humans for the work AI can't do alone.

10M

households with Tadam on their home screen, in Israel + the US

500K

vetted Tadamers earning above-floor wages from a single app

$2B

annual GMV flowing through the platform, every transaction insured, escrowed, tracked

Investor FAQ

The questions every VC asks. Answered up front.

Why won't Yallo, Yad2 or Honeybook eat this?
Classifieds are search engines for stale listings. Agencies are call centers wrapped in software. Honeybook is a CRM for solo pros. None of them dispatch a verified human to your door in 60 seconds. We're not competing on listings, we're competing on activation, and that requires a different stack from the ground up.
What's the moat once you've proven the model?
Three compounding loops: (1) matching data, every job teaches the model who, where, when; (2) reputation graph, two-sided ratings + reliability scores aren't portable; (3) density, once a city has 5K active Tadamers, time-to-match drops below the threshold a new entrant can match without the same density. First-mover in real-time wins.
How do you solve the cold-start problem in a new city?
Same playbook every time: (1) seed 200 Tadamers in 4 categories via field recruiting + agencies, (2) launch one category at a time (we start with childcare, highest urgency, highest LTV), (3) subsidize the first 1,000 jobs to guarantee <60s match, (4) layer adjacent categories once liquidity holds. We've validated this in Tel-Aviv. NYC pilot uses the same template.
What's your unit economics at scale?
Take rate 12% blended. Variable costs (payment + insurance + dispatch) ~3.5%. Contribution margin per transaction ~8.5%. CAC payback < 4 months on the client side, 0 on the supplier side (organic word-of-mouth + agency partnerships). LTV:CAC modeled at 4.2:1 on year-2 cohort. Detailed model in the data room.
Why now and not 5 years ago?
Three things had to converge: (1) ubiquitous mobile + maps + identity rails, done; (2) AI good enough to parse intent in plain language and dispatch in real time, 2024 onwards; (3) a generational shift in how people view freelance work as a default, not a fallback, post-2020. The window is now 24–36 months wide.
Why is this team the right one to build it?
Roni has built and scaled two-sided operations before. Yaniv ran finance for a marketplace through Series B. Matan has shipped real-time dispatch systems at scale. Bar owns the product narrative. We've operated together for 18 months. Full bios + references in the data room.
What happens if Uber or Wolt enters?
Uber and Wolt run on a courier model, single-purpose providers, drop-and-go transactions. Human services are relationship-based: same babysitter, same dog walker, same tutor. Their dispatch stack solves the wrong problem. By the time they re-architect for repeat-use trust, we'll have the reputation graph and density they can't replicate without a 3-year head start.
The ask

We're raising $2M to make Tadam the default verb for local help, first in Israel, then the US.

50% engineering, durable matching, supplier app v2, agency console.
30% supplier acquisition across Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa.
15% US beachhead, NYC pilot Q4 2026, LA + Miami to follow.
5% compliance and licensing.
